Abby Davis has always found peace of mind in an organized life. She founded Assess the Mess to help others do the same. As a professional organizer, Abby brings her passion for order to her client base, and helps them assess and improve their organization. 
 
Abby's passion for organizing started at an early age.  As a child, she would organize all her dolls in height and size order.  Growing up, she looked forward to the beginning of the school year so she could purchase and organize all her new supplies.  In college, to-do lists, color-coded binders and post-its helped her excel.  When she entered the workforce, this mindset helped her become an effective project manager - every deadline met and never a document misplaced.
 
Abby holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University.  She began her career as a project manager with a major Pharmaceutical Company. Abby's ability to organize and manage multiple clinical trials allowed her to quickly advance in her field. 
 
Abby is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
 
Setting and meeting personal or professional goals are the foundation of a successful business.  Abby set a goal of one day running a marathon. She accomplished that goal after much dedication and hard work by finishing the NYC Marathon in November 2008.
